Delivery Within Australia
For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent registered mail. Addressee's signature is required upon delivery. Please make sure you or the addressee is available to sign for the parcel. Seed Femme does not take responsibility for goods signed by anyone other than the addressee.
Registered Post (Signature required)
- Goods will be dispatched in approximately 5-7 working days.
- $14.95 postage and handling for deliveries within Australia.
- $3.00 for gift voucher only purchase.
- Addressee's signature is required on delivery .
- Tracking is available at least two (2) days after shipment.
Back Orders
Items on back order may take longer than 5-7 working days to be dispatched. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.
International Orders
- Goods will be delivered in approximately 10-15 postal working days.
- $29.95 postage and handling for deliveries outside of Australia.
- Upon arrival in the destination country the parcels are distributed by the local postal services.
- Important: If your order has not been delivered within the specified times please contact Seed Femme online via email online@seedfemme.com.au to obtain your postal reference number. You will need to quote your tax invoice number (located on the top left side of your order confirmation email) to ensure prompt service.
- You can track parcels in the following ways:
- For orders to New Zealand - NZ Post at 0800 501 501.
- For orders to Australia - contact Australia Post Customer Care Centre at 13 11 18.
- Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by
customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any
customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with
the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to
declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable
"merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift",
even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For
further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain
further details.
Late Deliveries
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing. Orders placed after midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day and therefore not processed that day. If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will attempt to locate
your item at another store, and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes
available. No additional postage charges apply. We will notify you if the item
has sold out across all stores.
